Can I pick the colour and finish I want?
Absolutely. Every project is tailored to your individual style and interior design. We offer a wide range of colours, textures and decorative effects to create a finish that perfectly complements your space.
Do you provide a quote before starting the work?
Yes. Every project is quoted individually based on the surface area, chosen finish and project requirements. We provide a free, no-obligation quotation so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
Will my finished wall look exactly like the photos or samples?
No. Every decorative plaster finish is handcrafted, making each project entirely unique. Photos and samples are intended to showcase the style and overall effect, but variations in texture, movement, and shading are a natural part of the artisan process. This ensures that your wall is truly one of a kind.
Are there any requirements before the decorative plaster can be applied?
Yes. The wall should be structurally sound, clean, dry and in generally good condition before work begins. Our quotations are based on the visible condition of the walls at the time of inspection.
Minor surface repairs can usually be carried out if required. However, we do not undertake extensive wall levelling, large-scale plastering, or major repair work as part of our decorative plaster service.
In some cases, hidden issues such as cracks, loose plaster, unstable substrates, damp, or poor previous workmanship may only become apparent once work has started. If additional preparation is required, we will discuss the options and any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Before application, we will also check the wall's moisture level. Decorative plaster cannot be applied to damp or mould-affected surfaces. Any moisture or mould issues must be fully resolved before installation can begin.
How long does the installation take?
The installation time depends on the size of the project, the chosen finish and the drying conditions. Most residential feature walls can be completed within 1–3 days, while larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
How durable are decorative plaster finishes?
Our decorative plaster finishes are designed to last for many years. Using premium-quality materials and protective sealers where required, they offer excellent durability for everyday living while maintaining their beauty over time.
